It’s time! After you have measured everything and selected the perfect products for your job in our webshop, you can start ordering. Ordering is easy and fast via our website. On this page you will find all information regarding placing an order. If you have any questions, you can always contact our customer service.  Order process

Our ordering process is simple. You can easily place an order by following the steps below:

 Step 1: Place the desired product in the shopping cart

Choose the product of your choice in our webshop. You can custom order most of our products or choose our standard sizes.

 Step 2: Check your order in your shopping cart

Check whether you have entered the correct item and all the options you want. Is something not right? You can easily remove a product from the shopping cart. You can also add extra products, your shopping cart will remain filled when you continue searching on our website. If you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, click on ‘Proceed to order’.

 Step 3: Choose a shipping method

After checking your order you can optionally add a discount code.

Finally, choose whether you want to pick up the products or have them delivered to a location of your choice.

 Step 4: Enter your details and choose a payment method

In this step you enter your billing information. Please note, the fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. You can also add an extra comment here for your own administration.

At WindowizeWindowize you have the choice to pay the total amount immediately, but you can also choose to pay 30% down and pay the remaining amount afterwards. Choose a payment method and agree to our terms and conditions.

 Step 5: Place your order

Click on ‘Place order’ to finalize your order. Your order will then be placed. You will automatically receive an email with all the details of your order. In the meantime, we will get to work to collect the products for your job and ensure a super fast delivery.

 At Windowize you can also request a quote without obligation if your (business) project requires customization.

 Measurement instructions

Before assembling your products, it is important that the dimensions are measured correctly. When you click the ‘?’ If you click on the various options, you will find a detailed explanation of the relevant subject. If there are any further ambiguities, we have a team of employees ready for you. This can be done via the following options:

as soon as possible, in any case within 24 hours after placing your order . If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us

 We will immediately look at what is possible and inform you about it. There may be additional costs associated with the change. A cancellation is only possible if your order is not yet in the production process. The right of withdrawal expires with customization.

If it is possible to cancel your order in its entirety, we will refund your (down) payment.


Returns are only possible for products that are not custom made. For these products, the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.

 For our standard size products, a cooling-off period of 14 days applies from the day of receipt of your order. You must notify us within these 14 days that you wish to return the product. After you have done this, you still have 14 days to actually return the products. Always do this in the original packaging to prevent transport damage. The return costs are for your own account.

 As soon as your return has arrived at us, we will check the product for any (transport) damage. If the product is damaged, we will ask for compensation.

You will then receive the amount paid back on your account.

 Warranty conditions

The basis for warranty is Dutch legislation with regard to delivery to consumers. The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. The warranty provided in addition applies without prejudice to the rights that the consumer has on the basis of the law.

 Well-founded complaints, within the warranty period, are limited to sending new parts free of charge after we have received the defective parts from you. Warranty applies of course when used under normal circumstances. The date stated on the invoice is the effective date for the guarantee. Below you will find the indicative terms of the expected lifespan of the products offered by us:

 15 years; Color fastness (white/cream)

  • 10 years; Plastic facade elements
  • 10 years; Glass
  • 5 years; Door panels
  • 5 years; Fitting front door
  • 5 years; Hinges & Locks
  • 2 years; screens

 No claim can be made under the warranty:

  • In case of damage by intent or negligence;
  • In case of improper use or negligent maintenance;
  • With normal wear and tear;
  • In the event of damage due to non-compliance or incorrect observance of the instructions for use/assembly;

When there is an external calamity, such as lightning strikes, power outages, natural disasters, etc.; When Windowize is not (in time) given the opportunity to investigate the complaint and possibly repair the defect.
